How to reach us

Email is the fastest way, and it arrives with the same person as the phone. We answer on working days. Saturday is not one of them, so a message sent on Friday evening gets an answer on Sunday at the earliest.

If your question is about an order, tell us the email address you paid with. We keep no customer list of our own, so without that address we cannot find your order.

You cannot visit us yet

The address above is our registered address: the one filed at the Chamber of Commerce, and the one the law requires us to publish. It is not a shop. There is nowhere to walk in at the moment. Post sent there arrives, visitors do not.

That will change. We want our own place with a gym, a kitchen and somewhere to work outside, and the opening hours will stand here as soon as there are any. Until then everything goes by email or phone, and that is not a detour: it reaches the same person either way.
