Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies to this website and to every agreement that comes out of it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

If you have a complaint, email us first. We answer on the substance within fourteen days. If we cannot settle it together, you can put the dispute to the competent Dutch court. Consumers can also go to a dispute body in their own country, and the European Commission keeps a list of them. The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not send you there.
