The Kratos Natural plan
By Liam Kratos · August 2026
Most people live on autopilot. Not because they want to, but because everything around them is built that way. At Kratos Natural we are working on the opposite: people who understand how their body works and can actually live by it. This page is how.
The problem
Synthetic junk in our food. A life built around screens. An attention span sold off all day long to the highest bidder. The result is a person who reacts instead of choosing. Who feels tired without knowing why. Who survives instead of lives.
That is not a character flaw. It is an outcome.
How it got this far
There is one thing that explains almost all of it: money has been made more important than people.
If profit is the first question, everything else follows on its own. Food gets designed to be cheap and to keep, not to nourish you. Technology gets designed to hold your attention, not to get you somewhere. Supplements get sold on a claim, not on a study.
Nobody has to be malicious for this. Every link in the chain simply does what makes sense when profit is the measure. The system delivers exactly what it rewards.
And that makes it nearly impossible for an ordinary person. Not because the information is not there, but because there is too much of it, and most of it is a sales pitch. Meanwhile the worst food is the cheapest, the closest and the easiest.
Anyone who wants to do it right has to push against something. That is the fault.
Why it can work now
Something is changing. There are more and more companies whose driver is not money but people: health and quality first, profit as a consequence.
Upfront, Clearly and Elvou are pioneers in that. Upfront is building a food system in which unprocessed food becomes cheaper than ultra-processed, and explains publicly how. Clearly is working to make health legible, so that people can make the right choice every day. Elvou makes supplements and personal care without the ingredients that market runs on. All three are exactly the kind of work that needs doing.
On paper they are competitors. That is not how it works here. There is no pie we need to defend a slice of. There is a problem bigger than all four of us, and every company that puts people above the margin improves the odds that it gets solved. So we name them, and we will keep naming them.
That switch is under way. We are one of them, and we are not the only one. That is precisely why it can work this time.
The solution
As far as we are concerned there is only one structural solution: make the truth easier to find than the sales pitch.
So we publish the research in full. Every claim traceable to a published source, including the studies that found nothing. Not a single assertion we cannot point at. What we sell comes after that, and only if the research carries it.
Free, for everyone, whether you buy something or not. Because if knowledge is the problem, then putting knowledge behind a paywall is not a solution.
What that means in practice
Here is what that costs us.
Every guide and every e-book is free. Permanently. Not a sample chapter, not an email-gated PDF. The whole thing, no account needed. If it ever helped you, you are free to pass it on exactly as you got it.
Our margins are public. On every product page you can see what it cost us to make, what shipping costs, and what we keep.
We price to the lowest margin the model can carry. Not the lowest price we could technically survive on for a quarter, but the lowest one we can sustain for ten years. Making the world a little better is the point, so growth comes from reaching more people rather than from charging each person more.
Coaching costs money, and we say so up front. Everything written is free: the research, the guides, the e-books. What costs money is us working with you personally for twelve weeks, because that is time that can only be given away once. Anyone who does not want that, or cannot pay for it, gets exactly the same protocols in the guides. The only difference is that you run them yourself. That works. It just takes longer.
No product packaging. What you ordered ships in the box it is shipped in, nothing more. Not because a box would not look better on camera, because it would, but because we would rather carry less waste than perform less waste.
None of this makes us a charity. We are building a company that has to survive to keep doing any of this. But every one of these choices is checkable, and that is the point: you should not have to take our word for it.
Timeline
2020 to 2026, learning. Building knowledge, doing the research, trying it ourselves before we say anything about it. Not a brand that starts by selling, but by understanding.
2026 to 2030, building. Developing and growing the brand, the products and the research. From having to knock on doors to being the one people come to.
From 2030, becoming the standard. Being number one in what by then is no longer called "longevity". Because if this goes well, by that point it is no longer a niche with an English name. By then it is simply how you live.
End goal
That you learn at school how your body actually works, and how to actually take care of it.
Not as an elective. As a foundation, like reading and arithmetic.
If that works, we push back diseases we have come to treat as normal. And then something happens that is bigger than health: people no longer have to survive and can start to really live. A society that cooperates instead of pulling against itself, because there is finally room for it.
That is what we are building over the next ten years.
Aging can't be stopped (yet), it can be slowed.
All love,
Liam Kratos
