The foundation

Everything comes from the creator. Not as a story to keep you calm, but as the starting point everything else follows from.

The big bang was not an accident. It was a vibration, and a vibration comes from somewhere. What physics measures starts a fraction of a second later: the expansion, the background radiation, the remains still visible today. What it does not measure is the push that started it. That is the question we care about, and our answer to it is not "it simply happened".

If everything grows out of that one vibration, everything is made from the same source. A person, a tree, a stone and a star share an origin, and that makes the line between you and the rest thinner than you are used to thinking.

Something else follows from it. If life here came out of something that began everywhere at once, there is no reason at all to assume it only happened here. We are not the only species. That is not speculation about spacecraft but the simplest reading of a beginning that was not built around this planet.

And then the reason this sits on a health site. In this reading your body is not a machine you maintain until it breaks, but something you were given and look after. That changes the question you bring to your food, your sleep and your days. Not: how do I stretch this out as long as possible. Rather: what is this for, and am I doing it justice.

There is no research under this, and that is deliberate. Everywhere else on this site a claim carries a source and every number has been checked. This is not a claim about a measurement. It is what Liam believes about where we come from, it is here with his name on it, and what you do with it is yours to decide.
